I don't understand those people that say global warming doesn't exist and it's just propaganda.
It's March! and it's some 25º here and no wind at all, it should be some 10º and raining, not this heat wave!
the last 3 days are getting hotter and hotter, if this keeps going on like this, July will be some 50º.
I hate heat and the summer, wish this global warming turned into an Ice Age.

That's an odd statement for someone who is pro-children.

it hasn't to do with the growth of the world population, it has to do with the growth of the emissions of various gases in the atmosphere.

Carbon dioxide (CO2): CO2 is produced naturally by living organisms and by the burning of fossil fuels.
Methane: Methane comes from coal formations and from landfills, livestock digestive processes, decomposing waste, and wetland rice cultivation. In 1990, methane accounted for almost 12% of the US total emissions. Global warming potential: About 21 times higher than that of CO2.

they cause some small percentage, and CO2 is by far the worst "ingridient" thrown every day into the atmospehere, the animals have been around for some tens of thousands of years, and now, that humans are industrialized and throwing billion of tons of poisoness gases into the atmosphere, we blame the poor old cows.

Most from industry now, but as the human raise expands and fossil fuels run out, it most likely will continue.

Methane is the greenhouse gas which has the second greatest effect on climate, after carbon dioxide. The concentration of methane in the atmosphere has almost tripled in the last 150 years. Methane is best known as natural gas, currently an important energy source. Nonetheless, only part of the methane uptake in the atmosphere is due to industrial activities connected to energy production and use. More important for the increase of methane in the atmosphere is the increase in so-called "biogenic" sources, e.g., rice cultivation or domestic ruminants related to the rise in the world's population. Nowadays, methane in the atmosphere in fact is largely of biogenic origin.

CO2 is the not our real problem, this planet has plant life for a billion years and has animal life for some 800 million years.
our problem is the moderm industry, and yes, there are solutions, but some of those solutions would be so expensive that no one really stopped to think seriously about them.

I don't think the industries, animals, whatever is the whole problem. If you look into history there have been times when it has been warmer and other times colder.
Still we of course need to make things better and create more efficient cars and so on. But I still think we are not the entire "problem" here.
Then as with the bird-flu. Chill out and it might solve itself or we dies. No matter what it changes right?

I cant remember the specifics but the methane given off by an animal is minimal at best.
It's industries burning fuel poorly which is warming the worls. Think about how much smoke is coming out of a factory chimeny every second, and then compare it to that of a cow, or a thousand. it's clearly nowhere near the same.
Having more people isn't hthe problem, just the way we live our lives. Well not us specifically, mostly large businesses that are the leaqders in their field. The gov needs to step in more seriously. There are lame 'paranoia' ads on TV here. one of a london taxi driver saying about how much congestion there is etc. but cars probably cause less than the factories.
The gov needs to make some earth vaccum or something, and try to filter directly into space. Even if we stop now the gasses will still be there and we'll still be having the same wild weather.

I'm still freezing my ass off, it's one of the coldest winters ever here with record heights of snow. Where is this global warming you're all talking about?

Well here in Denmark, we have below minus all the fucking time, it's not normal at this season. I don't think your hot spring has anything to do with global warming. You guys are just plain lucky

those countries are always cold from what I've heard.
since last weekend Portugal and Spain are under a great heat wave, I woke on sunday morning and the first thing I tought was if the earth was falling towards the sun.
I went out to the beach and it was full, the people were actually bathing, (in this time of the year that never happens)
