On Steam, the old version is still $60 plus another $25 for the Season Pass. This new version is $60 with all the DLC included so when it does get a sale it will probably end up less than the old one combined just because it is all in one package.
Still kind of sucks for those that owned everything before that they have to pay another $10 for the upgrade.

I'd honestly rather play Fallout 4 again, especially with all the crazy mods out there
The likely worst Fallout entry is still better than this.. extremely generic and forgettable clone

I guess they want enough revenue to impress investors and publishers to fund their next project after TOW 2.

well to be fair it's almost 4 years, came out may 2019
but masterpiece... sure lol
I don't think I've ever seen anyone not call this average and forgettable... the only thing it had going for it was that it was kind of like a bethesda fallout type game while not being as broken and buggy.
but maybe their PR team mistook it for the outer wilds
