the big Question is : is this the Preload Version without Day 1 Patch or been all Patches in this Release?
the NFO say Denuvo V 17. the Preload Version had Denuvo v 16 , with the Day 1 Patch become Denuvo v17

Denuvo cracks never change the performance unless the cracker disables some other bundled DRM like the Capcom DRM in Resident Evil Village

I am not sure what version this game is but the performance goes from superb to jackshit within a splitsecond.
RTX doesnt work, apart from that it seems ok.

Add the following to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini
[SystemSettings]
r.RayTracing.Reflections.ScreenPercentage=100
r.RayTracing.Reflections.SamplesPerPixel=1
r.RayTracing.Reflections.MaxRoughness=0.7
r.RayTracing.AmbientOcclusion.Intensity=1
I myself prefer r.RayTracing.Reflections.MaxRoughness=0.4 tho
Otherwise everything becomes too shiny, 0.5 is default
It's basically nurfed PS5 raytracing without those tweaks
I would also disable the Raytraced shadows and ambient occlusion since they cause issues and instead add this to the engine.ini as well:
r.SSGI.Enable=1
That takes care of the ambient occlusion at least
and those remove the vignette and undisable-able chromatic aberration:
r.Tonemapper.Quality=1
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
And of course you're gonna wanna add those for performance:
