Some Star Citizen streamers I watch picked those up to replace the Razer Tartarus v2 Gaming Keypad as they said that finger tickler make it easier to hit all the buttons available.

Cheers! I had a cousin with such disease (lying in bed around the clock) and it was painful to watch when someone wants to play games so badly yet standard controllers were anything but handy.
