Why do that when you can just buy a steam gift card and redeem it to your account. I bought an ARS card yesterday from here and worked fine https://www.g2a.com/category/steam-c1571

I have read about account region rollback.
Ppl say that you need to buy games on steam using vpn of the region you are in or you can get switch back to the region of yours ip.,
Is it true ?

no, i just bought a game, still works without vpn. arg region. (and i'am still in arg)

Anyone know how to make Steam friendlist appear on screen when ever i start steam? I've got a dedicated screen for all different kinds of stuff and most of it reappear when i restart my pc - but steamfriend list always start minimized.
suggestions?
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Open Steam
Open friends
Close Steam without closing friends (I closed from tray)
Open Steam (with friends appears on top)

If it is it's random. I've bought several games since they last tightened the restrictions and I'm still in ARS region. And using a VPN might get you banned, not just rolled back.

I thought that in javascript you can set the window to somehow open in the foreground, not minimized, but I may be wrong.

i bet they wished they waited for new ryzen cpu with rdna2 igpu now ... an igpu which is 100% faster then the old vega with same/less power recq
u just know there will be a rdna2 model on preorder sale by march already as it just means swapping the cpu to a ryzen 6000 , making this one mega obselete
