Well, yeah the stuttering is happening for almost everyone on PC. Maybe a WPR trace could help identify whats causing the issue?
On the other hand most developers are in the same boat. Not fixing issues.
Borderlands3: Big HUD bug introduced in the bounty of blood almost a year ago, still no fix for it.

the way denuvo works , every implementation is diffrent , even between a patches on single games ... so yes voksi does random versioning as he always did |

I'm fine with voluntary donations, but I think making it mandatory is crossing the line and breaking even more laws. She'd be reselling the game basically. Defeats the whole purpose of piracy.
