Feige officially announced the feature film Marvel Studios' Black Widow, which is slated for a May 1, 2020 release in U.S. theaters, making it the first film of Phase Four to hit the big screen.
Feige surprised the audience with the first footage from Black Widow, which is currently in production. The film is directed by Cate Shortland who was on hand to greet the Hall H audience along with Scarlett Johansson, reprising her role of Natasha Romanoff, as well as newcomers to the Marvel Cinematic Universe David Harbour as Alexei aka The Red Guardian, Florence Pugh as Yelena, O-T Fagbenle as Mason, and Rachel Weisz as Melina.
Is there already details if its prequel or taking place after endgame?

. During the SDCC panel for Marvel's upcoming film suite, the mighty blockbuster studio confirmed the film's setting as after Captain America: Civil War, and before Avengers: Infinity War.
The finale installment of the Marvel big-screen saga was named best comic-to-film release. Robert Downey Jr.’s swan song performance as Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, in Endgame earned him the best actor in a film award. (Downey will be seen in the role of Stark one more time, however, in the Marvel prequel Black Widow in May 2020.)

She's the star of a blockbuster so you can certainly guarantee she was given a CGI beauty pass.
Back in the day stars had in their contract that the director had to use soft filters and don't do close ups, but nowadays they can demand to be given a beauty pass by the VFX team.
This is all under NDA (it's explained in the above articles by the companies that do it), so the stars will never admit it, but it's been practiced for a decade now, and it's been becoming increasingly more advanced than just removing a few wrinkles, the face nowadays receives a proper face lift, and the body is slimmed down, the hips widened, etc.

"We were seeing hundreds of thousands spent on this, anywhere from $500 to $2,500 per shot — maybe more if there’s a lot going into the scenes".

Or if an actor like Reubens admits it, as he did in a New York Times profile, exposing this little-known — and pricey — process. “I could have had a facelift and we would have saved $2 million,” he said in the interview.

Interesting, thanks for the info. Didn't know things have changed so much now but I guess it was obvious they'd harness all the available technology at their disposal for this.
