i can easily counter and say , employing talent so they dont work at another company in the same field cutting into your engagement metrics and esports is a major part of keeping up said engagement, even a braindead shareholder would understand that concept, gaming is all about fighting over the precious little free time people have these days, very little margin for error and wiggle room.
anyhow just a reason more to never spend a dime on this turd company ever again
