Bullshit. I was never happy about BF4.
And this guy should GTFO instead of bringing praise to EA at this moment.

I apologize for expressing an opinion on a 'gaming' forum discussion and for not being part of this 'majority' you speak of.

And BF4 did have one of the most abysmal starts of any AAA titles ever and it did pull it off or better DICE did, to get back up and deliver.
Dice, for now, always showed or better were allowed, to work and improve their titles, at least during their life cycles.
Just look at BF1 now and how it still gets polished and improved drastically (with one of the biggest balance changes coming soon).
Can't fault Dice for the EA shenanigans lol.

So i decided to play BF4 with my family...and the shite refuse to let more of 2 computers in the same network join. (we are 3).
Tried to open ports in my router - but it just let me open the port to one specific computer in the network.
So what the hell can I do to make this shit work? shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Does your ISP assign you more than one public IP? I'm guessing BF4 has a limit of 2 players connecting from the same IP.

And you're lucky, lol, back in the days, it was limited to 1.
Try to turn off UPNP (in the router).

And with a VPN?
oh and this popped up a lot of times:
Quote: 1. Log in to your home router and disable uPnP.
then, for both computers:
2. In Windows, Go to Start > Run and type in Services.msc
3. Stop the "UPnP Device Host" service.
4. Stop the "SSDP Discovery" service.
