Im playing episode 3 now. But I have a problem now. Im only getting around 30 fps and i don't have the 30 fps option on. I have on the previous episodes an fps above the 60. What could be the problem.

Do you have adaptive v-sync enabled? Don't even remember if that was an option in the menus in that game, but that sounds suspiciously like what's going on. Basically, if your framerate drops below your refresh rate of 60, it will halve it, hence 30.
Check the display/graphics options.

I have fixed it. Ingame if i set vsync on or off it doesn't go further around 30-34fps. Now i have changed the vsync to fast in the nvidia control panel and now my fps is around the 120fps.

Ugh... The dialogues.. The voice acting and animations are absolutely terrible. The gameplay system seems very interesting though, but the way the people keep responding weirdly because i withheld something they didn't know i did, is super weird.

I played with a controller, still crap performance.
AK has a point, but the interest quickly resumed!
I also restarted some chapters since I wasn't very happy with results.
Also  Spoiler: | When you pickup the spear and get out of the crypt, if you don't act fast enough ( as in spend time with Napoleon, exhaust all of Mortimer's dialogue, chat with Modoy), when you reach the pier it's too late, as Emma ( if you shot Emily as I did ), already shot Sarah which means you miss a lot!
But, if you exhaust all dialogue options of Mortimer, you find out that Jesus was possesd by Mortimer's father
Another thing I've experienced is during the "death" of Holm ( as I went with Mortimer 'till a point ) is that I totally missed their father and also chose Mortimer during the scene on the chess table, which resulted in no option at the end, but Mortimer killing me. |

This was one hell of a story/mystery, but I must say I felt fucking ROBBED at the ending I got. Without spoiling anything, after the ending itself, all it did was give a small paragraph summary about what each character went on to do. Very vague and up in the air.
Spoilers ahead...
| Spoiler: | I killed our glorious host after he killed his brother. Despite threatening that the "father" would avenge him and bring hell upon this earth like we've never seen, NOTHING ever comes of it in the epilogue.
Also, despite committing some serious WINCEST (twice mind you ) with our dear Emily, apparently she ignores you completely come the epilogue and goes her own way, as if she'd never met you. What the fuck fellas?! You go through all the trouble of kinking it up, then act like it never happened? COME ON!!!

Second time was with Emma...still very nice incest there bro. 
But indeed the ending was pretty disappointing in terms of personal story conclusions.
Only bigger events affect the epilogue, otherwise all smaller dialogue variations have no impact on it...real shame.

Basically, the ending (the one I got at least) felt incredibly rushed. It happens, then you don't really get to see the consequences of it. I kind of expected a lot more exposition on the guests you spent the entire game with, that they would play a far deeper role in the outcome of events towards the end etc. At the very least, I wanted to see an in-game cutscene flash forward of the consequences of my actions on the wider world. Got nothing of the sort. 
Maybe I just chose wrong. Who knows.
