Looks like the localisation team went wild with the translation
I believe the original did have the same and the fan translation follows it with the translation too although I have no idea why it's a thing plus the game has something about elves including half elves growing slower so either she's 15 body 5 mind or she's 5 mind 15 body ha ha.
Supposedly a really good character (Well it's a healer with excellent buffs so yeah.) but that and the voice acting as a additional effect gets really annoying to listen to.
(Text alone your mind just tends to correct anyway but the spoken scenes they get kinda bad.)
Fan translation also had the half-beast speak like Hulk it seems but that was apparently a localization extra whereas this and the dub is more blunt and straightforward.
