Dunno what it is exactly, since the gameplay isn't stellar, definitely worse then any of the souls games and most boses are a joke, although maybe that comes with experience in this type of game. In any case, it definitely has something that grabs me, or maybe its just pure boredom with no other games to play. |

I'm now at the ice area, and playing solo with a bayonet + magic oriented character so far is highly entertaining and challenging enough (the only issue I had was with that sucessor of the ribcage 2nd fight bullshit, hitboxes for ranged attacks are messed up on that fight, but even then I was getting pretty close to kicking its ass. Wiped the floor with it after partnering up at the very first try  )
The characters and 99% of the cutscenes, music and dialogue are embarassing, holy shit. Monster tits, crappy emotionzz music and horrible cliche dialog, I'd be embarassed to play this in front of another person

I bought the game, so I don't care about this.
The game just has a terrible story. The atmosphere is lacking and the gameplay isn't that good to carry the game. There are just too many technical and design issues with the combat.
