Great news, loved Saints Row 3! Here's to hoping it has some actual work put into it rather than being a half-assed remaster.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

What there is to remaster? I love sr3. It still looks good and runs great 4k60. Good mouse support and no issues. Even ps4 got a rerelease... So they are doing another one...?

If they put in some work like those Modern Warfare remasters then it makes sense otherwise there's no point.
1 and 2 are still amazing.

I'm not entirely sure either, SR2 or even SR1 could better do with a remaster. SR2 finally runs well enough but looks dated. SR1 didn't even have PC release and I wouldn't mind playing that.
PC: Yes. Console: No.

It says in the fine print "developed by Deep Silver Volition". I had heard that they were working on a new Saints Row game, but I assumed it was SR5. I guess it still could be and they did this as a sideline, but it seems like an odd choice. At least they included the DLC I guess, rather than selling it piecemeal for a double (triple?) dip, Activision-style.

Not a fan of the sun-bloom or whatever it is at all. It takes away from visibility, IMO. Honestly, it looks like shit.
