I played this for some time but it's textbook of "modern games syndrome" or whatever it may be called.

What I mean is, it's super repetitive after 5-10 hours. Even that there are "new" machines and sicknesses, it's just the same thing, only looks different. It has no diversity other than visual styles. It's only fun to look how patients get treated but that's all. There is nothing else. Every map is just a struggle in the first 30 mins until you figure out what's the most needed rooms and you have some trained staff. After that it's just reaping money and adding more rooms. There are many ways to make this game more interesting but they only do the same code scripts on a different visual asset. Shame, I really liked the game in the first hours until I realized how it's just a massive grind. Sad

With the above said and watching the trailer, the only actually new feature in this DLC is the abduction of patients. Everything else again is the same but with different looks....

It's a decent game, especially with all the DLCs added. The initial game was a bit empty, although they've also released many new items for free. The DLCs are recommended and with capi it's free, just as it should be Razz
