It’s understandable that some people would be upset by Zen Studios exclusive deal with Epic Games and won’t give this game a chance. If you can get over this, you’ll find that Operencia: The Stolen Sun nails the unique dungeon crawler atmosphere that we rarely get to experience these days. But don’t get your hopes up for a story driven adventure centered on foreign folklore, because you might end up being disappointed by this missed opportunity

Pros:
+ Dungeon-crawler atmosphere
+ Engaging combat system
+ Progression
+ Fun puzzles and secrets
+ Banter between heroes
Cons:
– Generic and uninteresting story
– Grid navigation is tricky at times
– Pixel hunting
Picked it up on Steam and clocked it (20hours), normally I would have hard passed because epic shanigans but we don't get many polished dungeon crawlers so thought I'd support the dev's. For fans of the genre, this one falls behind LOG's, MMX and Vaporum so unless you really love these games I'd probably pass. Pro's and con's above are fairly on-point, disagree with pixel hunting, animations and in game movement speed are snail paced, I fixed this with cheat-engine (speedhack x2) personally think its mandatory.
