I think game is not so bad, it has challenging moments, you can snipe, be stealth, stealth kills, interrogate, gameplay is not so bad, and has really good graphics.

Anyone has weird performance issues with this one? I mean i7/8Gb/GTX970 ain't much these days but it played Ghost Warrior 3 fine and Gears of War 5, Jedi Fallen and Sekiro run perfectly @Full HD.

Contracts runs @5-10 fps full HD all on low. Add some fucked up particle/smoke/sprite bugs from the days of late 90s software 3D renderers.

Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube

Just played some isocontracts out of curiosity, the good news is that (as expected) having single maps with various objectives suits the formula better than the previous pseudoubiesque barren open world. Problem is, the wonky elements from GW3 are back as well, including the signature silly blyatpolar AI. Razz

The semi-arcadey console sniping itself works for what it is and the game hands you many devices/sandboxy ways to tinker with enemies, but (regardless of the difficulty setting) their reactions often feel disconnected from what happens in the world, leading to either apathetic awkwardness or telepathic hivemind behaviors that ruin the immersion. Being the best CI first-person shooter is like winning the special Olympics, still *it's something*

Everything is fine here on the fellow potatoland (i5 2500k/8GB/970), there is some hitching right after loading levels but otherwise the framerate is almost always >60fps on High/1080p. I'm on the latest drivers + freshly updated W10, though I'm not sure it matters in this case.

Oh, good to hear, thanks. Then it's some bug, and that gives hope.
