Revoke all devices

Nah it's not temporary.. Hmm if that still works but if you switch your country, it gets locked for 2 weeks. btw i can check if it's working here, gifting myself and buying.

It doesn't matter, found VPN for Argentina, but even with it enabled, still the same issue, well fuck STEAM.
EDIT.: I can't even create a new account, it telling me to enter CAPTCHA words but it showing me pictures, which I choose (which is accepted by green tick), wtf is that shit?

I use a UK account to send steam giftcards to my Argentinian account and it's working fine.... this was all discussed on the previous page of this topic from about halfway down...
