I like what I see of the game, I think the gameplay changes go in the right direction. But whenever they stop showing gameplay and start talking / writing / doing anything else, shit flows rapidly, in a way that's rarely seen. I was entertaining the thought of trying this out once it's out on Steam. Now... eh, I think I'll just pass, I don't want this idiocy shoved down my throat.
The modern day and the use of correct pronouns is a incredibly sensitive subject though and gets pretty heated even if it's by accident and that's probably what they are trying to avoid even if I find it ridiculous for a entirely fictional creation but it is how it is, I suppose it's a thing to get banned for slandering fictional creations now in various ways or risk getting warnings and such.
Social stuff is all weird but I don't keep up much with it other than what I see mentioned and that tends to be stuff blown way up and thus these things come up a lot and tons of drama.
I'm kinda outdated though with the way we're going non-binary and pronouns and genders I suppose.
Oh god the fan creations are going to be a thing here but at least Randy won't have to go on Twitter shouting to #Everyone! about how his game now has this one porn drawing too compared to the competing game.

EDIT: But I suppose people will have their opinions on this matter and as such there's nothing inherently wrong about it and the brain can be all kinds of weird including conditions for being in the wrong body type and more though the medical area isn't advanced enough yet to properly change this more than a so-so imitation AFAIK.

If Epic can pay millions for exclusive games they sure can pay some $2k-3k to some guys in the public to applaud and praise them. It won't surprise one bit if they did that.
