RPCS3 will run RDR1, God of War 3 and the Uncharted series ( the 1st already does ) at a locked 60fps by the end of the year, judging it by their quick progress.

Just go for The Darkness II for PC. Xenia is even worse when it comes to The Darkness. Thing is, 360'ies are dirt cheap and you might even find one in the garbage if you absolutely want to play The Darkness für réal.

getting OT here but if emu devs cared less about japcrap weeb games and pokemon and more about actual games the masses want to play I'm sure progress would be faster on RDR and the Darkness. But weebs, man. Weebs.

That's nonsense most emu devs only care about all games working there is no special treatment for Japanese or western games that's all in your head, the games you mentioned are just very hard to emulate perfectly.
In fact most emu devs i know are really annoyed by fans (kiddy's) of Japanese games like Pokemon who constantly bitch and moan about this and that not working and would rather ignore them altogether then give in.

Cemu is closed source and it's patreon skyrocketed because of the zelda hype it's pretty much the only emulator i could think of where this might have been the case in this specific situation.

I've read somewhere they are porting rdr1 to the new engine and they are planning on releasing them as a whole. That's why it takes this long.

That would be a smart move... remaster on all derpsoles would net them megabucks, but I have the feeling that they don't much care about our beloved platform
