Hmm well there is allrdy a mobile version of Jade Empire so they probably just renewed the trademark or something like that i can't possibly think of anything else EA would do with it.

It's that or pulling it from the existing sales and stores isn't it? Losing it to someone else taking the name and via corporate copied-right funny business it's their trademark now.

EDIT: Trademark, egh well it could always end up as public domain I guess.
