Yeah, in the original game he only showed up for Claire for me because I was that guy who went Leon A Claire B haha.
It seems he's in here for both, but only much later in the game when you're more familiar with the station and the different routes, so not an issue for me.
Even in the original game he appeared at a time where both characters were exploring the RPD (they just were almost never at the same place both of them), so he should had appeared in scenario A even back then, even though they kept him only for B to make it more unique.

Notice the correct black levels throught the trailer(s). The awful black levels of the game really seems like a late decision to jack up the gamma after they received complaints from playtesters "it's too dark" or something, and not that they explicitly designed the game to look that washed up and gray.
Bad launch trailer - lip syncing was non-existent, and since lip sync was fine in the demo, it seems it's bad editing.

Yup, same. Deluxe edition here, but it probably doesn't matter and extras are not part of the preload.
Wish they had used higher resolution textures, but oh well. I'm far more upset with the washed out image.

So, the conclusion is what? How different is the 2nd playthrough with the other character? Mostly the same, slightly different, decently different?
In 2nd run the biggest differences are the beginning and end and the middle is mostly the same, save for Leon meeting Ada and Claire meeting Sherry. Overall less differences than how the 2 scenarios played back in the day, it sounds like.

With that live action trailer, are those the actual likeness actors from the game? Leon looks different but maybe it is just the way they modeled him if they are in fact the same actors.
