with a mix of cbd and thc should be fine.
As a matter of fact, for you to dismiss one of the best and safest pain relievers is the most asinine thing I've ever herd. Cannabis is literally the miracle drug with so many medical uses.
If your pain does get worse, you will end up taking pills equivalent to "heroine". As the previous joke forgot to mention. so why not, use a safer medication? You can eat it you know? In a cookie form?
I mean.. I dunno...whats more important? Ego? Or relief? |
Whatever this YT guy says: do it! I fucked my back real hard with dead lifts 100kg and got a herniated disc. Pain, crying for like 6-7 months - injury resetting all the time.
3 physical therapists, 1 doctor later I was nowhere. Then I visited this guys channel, after 1-2 weeks I was fine.
Do what you CAN. Do not do nothing. Do Yoga, do stretches, strengthen your muscles anyway you can.

Edit: Anyway sorry to hear about your back problems.

This guy is great. Not only does he have great information for getting muscular gains, but also, on ones health such as back problems.
PC Specs: A Maganavox' Odyssey
Tweaked to play Frogger, Lemmings & GTA4

Good video! Might be very helpful!
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

It's a bit of a conflicting scenario for me because the exercises that he advises against are actually the ones that I need for my deviated cervical rachis. It's like having an ongoing Lower Back vs Neck battle where there can only be one winner per session, and always a (shared) loser

Deadlifts are a nice exercise but you're fatigued very fast and risc bad posture and subsequently back pain.
Sadly I havent done any deadlifts for over a year since I became accustomed to train at home with only dumbells up to 32Kg at my disposal and cant be arsed to go the studio anymore.
Just trying to stay in a (admitedly mediocre) shape is enough, plus I dont want to invest too much time. (excuses)

Diklofenak (Voltaren), an NSAID, is notorious for causing stomach issues (as well as other negative side effects).
