30 FPS outside in this Game isn’t what I call playable.
And this is considering there are no graphical issues even though they are minor.
Still impressive nonetheless.

"Fully playable" in emulation terms just means that you can launch the game and finish it. It has nothing to do with the experience being polished, glitch-free or even remotely enjoyable.
.. and now they can make good money off the initiative they tried to kill at birth - I know the history with Bleem is different than that of PCSX, but you can bet that if they won that lawsuit we wouldn't have PCSX, PCSX2 or RPCS3 today.

I don't think so. They could exist the same way Lame MP3 encoder have existed all this time - in the form of source code which counts towards "freedom of speech" and a description how one solution can be implemented. You would have to chase unofficial builds around the internet, but no company could prevent that.

I think my i5-4670 CPU is still a bit too slow for this or maybe not enough cores as I tried Lollipop Chainsaw and it plays about the same for me as it did 6 months ago. I was hoping that running it now on an SSD would help but it really did not seem to make much noticeable difference.
Sin317-"im 31 years old and still surprised at how much shit comes out of my ass actually ..."
SteamDRM-"Call of Duty is the symbol of the true perfection in every aspect. Call of Duty games are like Mozart's/Beethoven's symphonies"
deadpoetic-"are you new to the cyberspace?"
I wanted to know something because i'm running out of stuff to play (Well, there's a SHIT TON but..) but i wanted to know if there's a fully functional WiiU emulator (Dolphin was it or..?) that can fully play "TOKYO MIRAGE SESSIONS" (The UNCENSORED ONE!!!..If i can find it) without issues... I remember maaany months ago there was an update about it but who knows if they improved it or not etc...
ASUS X570 TUF GAMING PLUS, 32GB DDR4@2666 ,RYZEN 5800X3D (NO OC),GIGABYTE RTX 4070 Super GAMING OC, Western Digital Blue 4TB 5400RPM + SAMSUNG 860 EVO 500+1TB GB SSDs , OEM SATA DVD 22xNoctua NH-D15 Chromax Black, BenQ XL2420T Case: Be Quiet! DARK BASE PRO 901. PSU CORSAIR RM1200 SHIFT
Sometimes you have to question some of the playable tags from the emulator sites where it might say its 100% playable then you read some notes and it then says at 5 fps so it does not always make for an enjoyable experience.

Dolphin is the Wii/GameCube emulator, what you're looking for is CemU. It doesn't emulate every WiiU game, but it's coming close.
As for the game you're talking about: http://compat.cemu.info/wiki/Tokyo_Mirage_Sessions Seems like the EU/US versions are perfectly emulated.
I have no idea about the JP uncensored version which doesn't seem to work, but there's a user-made patch to un-censor the EU/NA versions.
Again, playable just means the game is playable from start to finish, not that it'll be a pleasant experience. User reports usually have a FPS estimate.

Cemu, use this guide for setup:
Ignore the BOTW stuff if you don't plan on playing it as for TMS there are some slight audio issues (crackling) it runs fine apart from that, get the iso (pm me if you don't know how) and get the uncensor patch from here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tokyo-mirage-sessions-fe-restoration.429651/
Still waiting for RDR, Last of Us and God of War 3
On a side note I finally finished Breath of the Wild and it almost feels like a quality port. No issues other than the stupid shrines where you have to use the sticks but I emulated my phone for that and was doable

There is a all-in-one solution now: https://github.com/quinton-ashley/cemu-no-gyro/releases it makes it possible to use pretty much everything with a motion sensor or just use a normal gamepad without motion support, i personally used a wiimote but the gamepad support in this actually works pretty well if just want an easy solution without having to use another device.

Or you know, just take it as a little fun rather than a personal attack all the time.
Lol
The video was a little strange to me because it just seemed like using qemu/kvm. I saw an elf loaded/attempted during the sequence. Is this emulator using that platform but the custom coding is the cpu type?
