Searching - 8/10
cool concept, great execution, but story could have been a bit better

Johnny English Strikes Again - 6/10
a few good laughs but overall not so great and seemed kinda low budget compared to the prequels

I am surprised... Aquaman... Was... Great fun?
It had a lot of cringy moments but it was also super energetic, creative, funny amd great looking. The fighting action scenes are a huge surprise - no camera shaking or cutting. When someone is fighting, they show it steadily amd wide. It was really refreshing.

For this type of a movie? 8/10 easily

yeah, I also noticed that physics looked really great.. things that often makes me cringe in these movies otherwise.

What a mediocre and miserable film. Older movies/shows did it better... this one, just nope!

No grade for this because it's not a cinema technical but very fitting in the time and space.
Enjoy..

I liked it but the soundtrack was the best part.

I enjoyed it for the schlock it is and had a great fun. It's uneven movie when it's bad it's bad, the dialogues are cliche to cheese but when it's good it's really good, especially the action. Wan knows his action. There are also some really good shots with great composition.
But it's a schlock. But a good schlock.

Also the power armor for Atlantans was fucking a-grade great. Damn best looking power armors I've seen.

Also fucked soundtrack, great 80's synths to suddenly worst selection of pop and rap songs. WTF?

What kind of shit was that? Jeez...

The best part of the movie was when they all first met inside of prison bus.

Still a perfect action masterpiece.
I really hope that idea of turning it into a series goes through. And the visuals are just bare-bones enough to make it perfectly viable for Netflix or Amazon.

If you happen to watch it in 3D be ready for a whopping experience. Seriously well done stereography.

Marvel's Superpredator: Origins

The latest addition to the Avengers universe, a big sporty alien-like jack of all trades ready to form an unstoppable team alongside Iron Man and Black Panther. Can run nearly as fast as a bus, jumps like an Olympian, can fillet his peers, has cool fangs, rockets and sneaky gadgets, kids aged 7-10 adore him. Too bad for the inappropriate blood effects, but you just tell them it's CGI tomato sauce and all will go well!

Gave it a go, and I bet it looks amazing...but the screendoor effect on my Rift is a bit annoying. Thankfully my brain seem to filter it out after a bit.

I think I'll check Fury Road in 3D next. Thanks for reminding me that I can do this. grinhurt

From 1997 already, but still holds up. It's even more relevant now than it was then. Amazing movie.
