Innovation DOES pay off. You could make a strange-ass game that has something innovative, like minecraft and be filthy rich, internet does the marketing for you.
Big budget <> Talent
Now gtfo with your CoD game cloning/spamming, generic console developer.
yes because the AAA mainstream games are a perfect example of creative innovation... innovation meaning lots of walls and regenerating health... quick, wheres that ZOOO REF'OLUSHUNARY!! image?
every time one of these people opens there mouths, its nothing but bullshit...
and yeah, as said above.. its the LACK of complaining, thats fucking led us to the sorry state of games we currently have.
although i do kinda see his point every time someone starts whinging that a game is THE WORST GAME EVAARR before the game even come out...
and finally, treyarch makes shit. their last COD proves that. visually blah, story was retarded, game was unfocused, gameplay was boring, and the finale had to be the most hilarious thing ive ever seen in a game...
It's fine to criticise a game and over-analyze it if you like, but if that shit happens over and over again in the same thread, based on some tidbit of out-of-context info, it gets tiresome. Many people are becoming so predicable here, "teh funneh" is long gone. New posters are even trying to emulate the older poster now, which is even more retarded.
"The sheer number of people [playing] is staggering, and they hit buttons and they hit glitches and walls in such weird, strange ways that we could never predict or think of," he said.
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."

"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"
"The sheer number of people [playing] is staggering, and they hit buttons and they hit glitches and walls in such weird, strange ways that we could never predict or think of," he said.
I hit buttons every game I play. Mouse buttons, that is! Hahaha... never mind.
It's a shooter ffs. How hard can it be to make it relatively bugfree? I could understand an RPG/strategy/RTS being bugged with all its possibilites for screwing shit up, but it's a fookin shooter. Someone call this guy and tell him what game he's been working on and what company he's working for.
