not bad, but also not great. if you can get it for free or 10-20 euros it's ok i guess.
until they release the first dlc after few months...

YES!!! free games are always nice.
thought i couldn't play this because i don't want to pay 50 or even 20-30 euros for this but for free HELL YES

Yeah...seems that they've inspired themselves from Froza Horizon 3, but they did poorly...

Hmm, sadly not as good as I wanted it to be. Even after completely ignoring the derpy voice acting it still feels off. 
The main LIVE Xtrem (  ) series was so dull despite trying to mix cars, boats, and planes. Imagine making a worse main line of races than NFS: Payback (which was at least full derp action-packed) compared to this where they try to mix everything and fail.
The other activities felt like a drag and progression feels boring as there is nothing to look forward too. Last game had Summit and active PvP to keep working on upgrades for better rewards but this game has neither. So the whole grind part is waste of time. The AI rubber banding doesn't help either.
The jet sprint boats handling is so bad. Bikes are okay. Planes can be stiff at times and same for the cars. The stats don't seem to have any impact. Just random numbers and handling bar which says nothing.
Open world feels dated. The UI is a mess. Lack of good radio/custom music, awful voice acting, no PvP, no Summit, no proper progression (they call it an MMO-racing), this is just not a good game. It has some potential like first one and improves when a new update comes out (like Wild Run) but by that time Horizon 4 will be released.
Wasted opportunity. Taking out the best parts of CREW and replacing it worst parts instead of making it better.

What the frag is there that DOES NOT breaks your privacy rights?! One more reason to stay away of this abomination that is The Crew 2.
How the frag did they manage to make a worse game than the original, beats me.
