nice anylysis .. from what i heard this incompatibility with older windows might also be a reason why CDX is waiting wih the rest of the releases as they want to fix it first

legit copy means full game or demo?

Perhaps give up LTSB and go with 1803? I don't get the reason for avoiding it.

i had more then enough reasons before installing 1803 for the first time, and after installing it, i got even more reasons to not use the normal version.
you can see the difference in performance already from the first boot.
sure you would have to de bloat 1803 anyway and it will be better then probably, but maybe still not as good as on LTSB.
everything will be resetted and reinstalled every 6-12 months with useless feature upgrades which pretty much always just offer app updates and other (for me) useless stuff.
i want my system to be running 2-3-4-5 years without reinstalling windows.
telemetry can't be disabled 100% and some other minor stuff which bothers me.
i even got more then enough legit windows 10 pro keys so that is not the reason. i just want a clean simple windows which performs good for a long time. and as you can see i can even install the store and apps and everything will work as long as they still support my windows version number. legit forza works just fine and i won't change to in my eyes, to a worse system just for one cracked game i want to play. i rather wait a few months then till the new ltsc/ltsb version is out. maybe you should install windows 10 ltsb just once for testing, then you see the difference...
sorry for all this offtopic in here but i wanted to answer your question.

you might contribute yourself to science cause you see stuff which isnt there. same build of ltsb vs pro even has less performance in benchmarks (not that much, but more than just measuring inaccuracy). even if it has less services running (which could be the only reason you might see a "better" performance at start, but only if you dont use a ssd at all) its performing worse cause driver adjustments are not made that version specifically which result in the worse performance

actually i wouldn't have thought that it would be that bad. the old 1607 pro was already bloated as hell but the 1803 is even worse.
yes i didn't used a ssd yesterday, i installed it on my old hdd and there you could see the difference just fine and not just at the windows start. so it will be on a ssd too you will just not notice it that much. why should i live with this, when it just work as good without all this bloat?
im sorry but this not true. the drivers for ltsb are just as good as for other windows 10 versions, since they are the same and don't need extra optimizing.
the windows performance itself is just better then on a normal edition. in gaming it's pretty much the same, sometimes 2 fps less, sometimes 2 fps more. depends how you debloated your normal windows version.
i thought so before installing 1803 and what i have seen yesterday approved my opinion.
but i don't want this offtopic talk in here. i use what i want, you use what you want and thats fine.

Is there really any benefit by not going with normal latest 1803?
I don't feel like there is much bloatware nowadays as there was at launch. Just unplug network cable when installing windows, then remove all there is from apps and disable all auto updates in windows store

yes but since this was also the case with the crack for GOW4 which was released for a "long time" now, i don't got any hopes. most people will update to 1803 anyway so maybe codex is just waiting for this to happen. still i wonder what and why the changed that from the AOE and zoo tycoon cracks. those work without problems. |
I guess thats OS-level DRM for you , lot of variablems and shit like that ... apparently current indiser build has also problems , but somehow GoW4 works
lets just wait and see ... no tush

Did this Too already. Tried it with and without it, in BIOS, with Windows Services and under install / unistall Windows Software in the control panel.
No Chance, nothing seems to work on Windows 10 Editions lower then 1709. Of Course Only with the crack, the legit game still works good on 1607 but since it's not on my ms Account i can Only use it for testing purposes and cant really play with it.
I installed Windows 1803 on a old hdd and play it there now from time to time , what a mess this normal Windows Edition is, i cant wait for the next ltsc Release in october.
Still The game is awesome and i was just about to buy it from Amazon for 23 Euros but then i realized All dlcs would be missing and didnt Do it.
Anyway thanks for still trying to help me but i gave up. It's always crashing at the intro when the license check Kicks in so im pretty Sure the crack relates on Windows Services and Apps which got newly introduced in 1709. Otherwise it would work on 1607 and 1703 too. Just like the legit copy

Our original crack had a Windows 10 v1607 compatibility issue.
This is fixed now.
So yeah, alsi they locked emu to exe so no more "accidental cracks"
