So my brother (and best friend) has a wife who is really sick. Every we can see her get worse and worse. Great.. the place my brother works on are to kick 8 people and remove my brothers shift.. shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Yup, that's the thing with experts you won't find them everywhere. Used to have access to a clinic and expert/researcher on my condition right in my home town (just luck, didn't move there for that reason), than I moved to Sweden. All is well though, getting some expensive medicine now that works for me. Unlike the first one that was killing me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ All the best to your Brother's wife Ankh.
