Got severe sinusitis, 40 C fever since 3 days and my nose is so blocked that I'm sitting with my mouth open all the time like a retard.
Of course the first doctor I went to told me that this is a viral infection and should end soon. At leas she gave me a shot to put the fever down and for me to stop eating ibuprofen and paracetamol every 4h. But it lasted only 8h and after that went back up to 40. Did some blood test on my own before I went to the second one and at least it was clear that it's a bacterial infection. Got some antibiotics prescribed. Waiting for them to kick in. Also got some stuff to water down the ooze in my nose so I can clean it. The regular shit you take during cold does not work at all.
Good thing i'm not alone. I have had Diverticulosis or whatever it's called for a few years, and they flared up just as my easter vacation started, which further led to uvi.. Yeah, not a great easter.. Had quite literally a shitty easter
Well in the mean time I also got quinsy which was the main reason for the temperature still not going down alot after 3 days of antibiotics. Got different antibiotics and finally the temperature is gone. Overall I feel like shit but it's getting better. And with those new aantibiotics I can't expose myself to sunlight and it's like 19 C and beautiful weather here since yesterday. Shit happens.
