Why is youtube recommending me livestreams all of a sudden instead of related videos? And how do I turn this garbage off?

Had the same because I watched one live stream, SpaceX one and then it went all crazy like: "Hi we heard you like live streams, here are a bunch of streams unrelated to whatever you've seen in the past" 
Another thing that bugs me is that it also recommends whatever it saw on your IP (not just your account) so when the other half has watched a bunch of videos on a certain subject I get recommendations based on that the next day.

Any way to get it to stop? Other than never ever EVER clicking on another livestream on this fucking site ever again?

Basically, here I get Swedish youtubers as recommended while in Polandia I get kurwa youtubers in my recommended. |

Is youtube bugged or something, but i have this fucking annoying problem that video / music plays on background if i close video or press youtube logo to go main screen, and yes i know there is that mini player, similar to phone interface, but you cannot see nothing onscreen... Only way to close previous video is to play new one, what the fuuuck, drives me crazy .
Edit: managed to instantly fix it from youtube settings, unchecked the miniplayer and restarted browser, now it works, that shit is buggy.

Waif, in the current Youtube Android app there is no longer a way to get to a channel's About page?
Edit: Now I can, on another channel. Maybe it depends on how the channel is set up.
