for me it shows just numbers with the wheel, after you know what button to press its fine
and dunno if its my wheel or the game is still bugged: dont use sim steering without any assists. all cars will massively oversteer without a reason (which they dont do with everything off and a gamepad). atm im using normal steering (sim steering is still bugged with wheels but is not related to the oversteering), abs off. activated either stm or tcs, dunno what atm, but one prevents the oversteering. thats fine for racing offline against 80 and 100% ai and for casual online games. but if you wanna race competetive you need to play with a pad to be able to disable all assists which results in way faster lap times
dunno, never had any problems (besides a handful crashes with earlier versions). but i remember peope said it was caused sometimes by dlcs (some free stuff you get when you buy it, like the hoonigan shit). deinstall them via settings/apps and install them again. should work then
if not reset the app via the same settings page. doenst affect your progress cause thats cloud saved via xlive
havent had a single (client) crash in the last months. but sometimes server problems in our league races
and btw if the game happens to not start again, you dont need to uninstall any dlcs of it to make it work again. it seems its enough to install any free app from the store (you can abort the download after a few secs) and it works again. just read that, havent had any problems like that myself
well I have shitloads of problems... crashing during map change or car design selection very often. It is like a 30-40% chance to crash on every occasion.
And yes I have to do that fucking trick with DLC every day, because the game does not start at all
I have Fall Creators Update installed with few tweaks here and there, since I did not reinstall Windows from 8.1 era and yes it is KMS Pico edition.
Edit: It is not OC related, I tried it with stock settings and still it is crashing a lot.
well then it should use pagefile properly... And I really doubt it is RAM related issue, because I have zero stuttering, rock solid 60FPS (mostly maxed settings @1080p)
but still there are gamers with 16GB RAM reporting same problems.
OK so I updated windows with latest cumulative update, allowed store app in background, updated gpu drivers to latest WHQL (had second last before), set textures to medium and so far no crash.
I've downloaded it from cs.rin. Crack is working perfectly for me.
The game is very good, but the colours are so bland - it's like they made it on purpose, so the HDR looks even better

I kinda like it? I mean it's stiff and very bland but it looks good and is relaxing.
Performance is all over the place though... and the games looks so good downsampled from 4k, that it's hard to just play at 1080p.
For me it's choice of 30fps locked 4k ultra vs 45-60 1080p... and the motion blur being very good in this makes 30 not the worst option. I am palying with xbox one controller and its the first game where trigger vibrating mechanic works. It's pretty neat.
The dlc's are still not unlocked for me even though I've unlocked the desert. Maybe have to play more?
It's definitely not relighting the racers gaming for me. It's fine but it's not nfs udnerground1,2, most wanted, carbon or burnout paradise(almost only racing game I've finished). It's very very close in feeling to Test drive unlimited which I've also somehow finished but not sure if I will continue with this. The cracked version is very janky and even crashed for me twice...
And for relaxing driving there is the ultimate relaxing car game of ALL TIME - Fuel. I love roaming around in fuel... And I am probably the only person in the entire world who plays it.
It did got me interested to try Gran Tourismo sport and driveclub though... but the prices on shitstation4 are not helping
