Someone on youtube had posted this and it's fucking neat.

Play this:

At the same time as this:

It's fucking amazing how well these go together. Even the drum beats sync up to it.

Duuuude I replayed Blade Runner (1997) a few days ago. AMAZING game, that completes a trio between the original movie, the book, and, well, the game.
If you haven't had the pleasure yet, be my guest, it's abandonware it seems:
http://www.xtcabandonware.com/game/2384/blade-runner

Free, newest OS friendly, and full of pleasure.

Enjoy, squirry buddy

Oh I know all about that game Very Happy Bought it off the shelf when it came out in '97. Game was equally as awesome. Haven't played it since though so I'll give your link a try, last I remember this game didn't like newer OS.

The link I provided is an all inclusive exe. Dl it, install it, double click the bladerunner.exe and enjoy.
No need for third party nonesense or additional downloads Wink

That link you posted resulted in immediate crashing, HubU. I got the game working by downloading it from iso-zone (the dvd version), mounting it and using the installer myself. This installer:
https://www.replaying.de/files/blade-runner-patch-windows-vista-7-8-x64/

I also set compat to win95.

EDIT: Oh and if you get error saving, then create an empty SAVE folder in the game's folder.

What I did was download the original ISOS 4cds and used this. I couldn't get it to work on windows 10 otherwise.

I'm surprised this game is not on GOG.

Bladerunner was made by Westwood.

Westwood IPs are owned by Electronic Arts.

Electronic Arts is a modern day digital cancer.

EA games aren't really on GOG. Just a few.

Yep indeed.
I found Lands of Lore, but not Dune 2.

I don't get why they only put some of their IPs on there. Bullfrog's offerings are.

They are not even on Origin it seems - if the search there is working correctly.
I bet they lost quite some profit by not selling the classic BR game.

Battlefront II was a good start but unfortunately people always do the same "oh but new Battlefield!!!" If you're going to boycott a company, that means you boycott every game that comes out, not just until a game you find interesting comes out.

Oh, sorry about that
It works perfectly on my rig, and since it's an old game that doesn't come with those DOSBox bundles, I thought it was a pretty safe bet to wager that it would work on any modern OS/rig.

Glad you figured some other way and are helping people out Smile

This game is FANTASTIC! It achieves the "unthinkable"; it respects the world set in motion by PH Dick, accomodates the movie, and still manages to make you live through a (waaaay too short) experience that really challenges you, on a lot of levels.

Anyway, I hope this thread will help more people get this game, play it, and enjoy this marvelous universe Smile

Not sure I've ever heard that Blade Runner style blues in any music before but one of my favorite artists used it in one of his newer songs.

https://volkorx.bandcamp.com/track/enclave

Comes in around 2:40

For anyone who likes Synthwave music.
