Or just talk about that nonsense in a hippy commune or some over the top animal rights forum.

Day2: Honestly, so far things are great. I feel real good after waking up, and have alot of energy that i normally don't have. My girlfriend made a vegan "NoTuna Salad" for lunch today and literally tasted like tuna salad. So with google, and today's society going vegan might be easier then I thought
I don't want to be a hippy activist but my girl does, and I don't know what to do about that one. Because I beleive in the right to protest but I don't think it ever accomplishes anything unless the entire country is doing it etc.
I personally might be going "vegan" for more selfish reasons then my girlfriend. Lately seeing my grandma (who raised me) deteriorate and lose her mind slowly, makes me just want to be healthy so I can be old and die in my sleep and not need additional care. and I don't want to lose my mind like her.
But that dosn't change the way I think we treat animals is atrocious, and I don't understand the fur/leather trade when we can make better things nowadays anyways. Example Fake gold, and cubic zirconia are better but we attach values to gems that people dig up that are dirty? Shit like that makes no sense to me.

Her vagina, I told you were going full vegan |
So you won't even eat honey? Or eggs? No more cake? No more icecream? You could get your local farmers milk if you don't trust "big milk" to get the milk without hurting the animals... You can buy the eggs from a local market if you don't trust "big egg" to properly handle chicken and jesus, beekeepers know their shit, honeybee populations are already very fragile, they really care for them.
The question is: Would you want your baby to be vegan? Deprave it from all the good fats and proteins it needs?
My nephew got caught up in all this guilt bullshittery by vegans and she lost a lot of weight (and she was a young skinny girl anyway) and while all those videos she watched and the articles she read on the matter made her feel guilty for eating animals and animal product, none of them actually gave her a good nutrition plan. She was definitely not healthy anymore and eating all the same crap all the time and being a poor student and having no money to buy all the nice quinoa, avocados and whatever is hip today, she went on some days with nothing but some chips and fries. Can you buy good supplements that replace your basic needs? Sure... But not when you are on a budget.
And I get it that she doesn't want to harm an animal, but you shouldn't harm yourself in the process.

Eggs are high in fat and cholesterol, milk is terrible for you regardless on where you get it. And what nutrients will you not get exactly? If she can't afford avacados, how can she afford a piece of chicken? Avocados are fucking expensive ya know.
As for good fat and proteins there is no such thing as " good fats" now there are fatty acids like omega 3s, and omega 6s nuts take care of those. As for protein, you should google search some studies. The protein you get from when you eat meat is what they have ate. So for example, cow eats grass correct? You are filtering the grass' protein through them into you. Which strains your kidneys converting it into protein, while eating spinach/kale will convert into protein without even saying hi to the kidneys.
See the information you present to me is "false" its literally impossible to be protein deficient, never a case of protein deficiency but plenty of cases of fiber deficiency. The "nutrient thing is a lie" and if you think about it makes sense.
Why would my plate of food be less nutrient if we have the same exactly thing on the plate minus a piece of chicken for example? And everyone will call that the "protein" when everything in the world has a form of protein in it so its literally impossible for you not to get your protein.
The nutrient deficiency thing is a scam. Sure, like any college student eating chips, and p&j for days is terrible for you. But that's what they were gonna do anyways because they were broke. It has nothing to do with veganism. Last night I ate a sloppy joe, with french fries. Previous night I had lasagna. And tonight we are making a nut loaf. Tomorrow I'll be making some home made "roast beef seitan"
So to answer your question, yes if I had a child it would be vegan. Because I don't see how filtering your nutrients through animals has any benefit to anything.
Edit: No I wont eat honey. I'm in america. You think bee keepers over here care. I'm sure some do, but its so corrupt over here man..not so sure.
Edit: I also want to say, do you eat healthy? I mean, I hate (NOT YOU) when someone comes up to me talking about nutrients but just finished eating McDonald ya know? Most people don't even eat healthy. So why do most people only care about nutrients when they come across a vegan.

Wow, so much misinformation. Where did you get them from? The 1950s? Do you still think butter and eggs are bad for you and salt leads to high blood pressure?
And what type of science is that with the grass?
Cows eat grass, so anything you get from a cow, comes from the gras!
Really?
So what does grass consume to grow? Dirt, Water and sunshine? How about you try that! Seems perfectly fine according to your logic above. And you'll save the grass too! Just eat a bunch of dirt, swallow it with a glass of water and lay in the sun. Let's see how that'll work out for you
Be sure to not harm any worms in the dirt though and remember to not step on any mushrooms as they apparently feel pain too!

But again, there are so many malnourished kids in the world, what does this have to do with veganism? They just happen to be vegan, I think those articles are biased and unfair. Most infants don't even eat dairy or meat products as it's not healthy for them. Baby food is vegan and etc etc. So again, these articles are silly. We can google the same thing that has happened with non vegan parents. So I mean, that's just a silly argument. I trust science the most out of anything.

Butter and eggs are bad for you though I mean.. what the hell....they are high in fat and cholesterol. You didn't combat my argument, you just made fun of me. Could you present your best piece of information that counters my argument? Humans can't even digest grass, but a 3000lb cow with 3 stomachs it's all it eats.. We want grass fed cows, so we can eat the cows.
Listen, if youre gonna make fun of me. Stay out of the topic, if youre gonna present some valid information then do so. But as of right now, youre just making fun of me for my life choice, yet you didn't combat anything I said. Just made fun of me. Not sure how I can talk you seriously if that's all you can do.
And yes REALLY cows get their protein from grass. Is that alright with you?
Edit: See it's that logic is skewed. I tell you cows get grass from protein and we consume the grass' protein from the cow. And you can get better protein from just eating a spring salad. (posted link above this that shows this) and you start talking about carbon based chemicals like dirt/water/oxygen as if those two things don't give life for everything on this planet is what I should eat. If life was as simple as people think it is we wouldn't be having this discussion.
I didn't present you logic. I presented facts (links above) on how humans convert their nutrients. It's fact that you get enough protein from a vegan diet without eating meat, all the bacteria / vitamins a human needs is either in fruits /veggies or in their own body. People linking babys that have a vitamin c deficiency is quite common. BUT ON KNOW ITS BECAUSE THEY'RE VEGAN. OH FUCKING STUPID VEGANS.
ARRR SCURVYYY
Been vegan for three days, and i'm already getting hate blows my mind.
