Looks like soft-engine 2.0 is going to be featured in the next game even on PC, if you have the hardware to handle the breast physics that is. (And new as of 2.0, ass physics.)

Dead or Alive is a pretty good fighting game series best known for its innovations in the field of physics simulations. I believe the objects attached to the front of its cast of women are intended to represent breasts, but they often bear more of a resemblance to water balloons, slipping and sloshing this way and that.
The Xtreme spin-off series abandons most all pretense around ogling its digital cast of ladies, and the most recent third game did it even bigger with its use of the ‘Soft Engine', Tecmo’s own set of tools from DOA5 for making realistic skin and, yeah, improved bouncing boobies. Soft Engine 2.0’s big innovation was, of course, its introduction of butt physics.
You’ll be able to enjoy the full benefits of Soft Engine 2.0 with Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation on PC, provided you’ve got the specs to run it. Venus Vacation is a free-to-play derivative of DOAX3 using Japan’s gacha system to randomly draw new swimsuits.
A translation from DualShockers revealed the game’s recommended specs - if you’re playing the game on a low-end PC - below the recommended GTX 1050 or R7 370 - you’ll see the Soft Engine Lite originally used for the Vita version of DOAX3. A less developed form of the tech with a less robust physics simulation.
Of course, this is all a moot point for most English-speakers, since like the console versions of DOAX3 this one is unlikely to actually get localized.

Going by that video thumbnail on PCGN though this looks less than a fighting game and more like one of those beach holiday spin-off titles.
(EDIT: Which as it turns out is pretty much stated outright in the article itself.)
Guess the modding community will be pleased, pretty sure there's a assortment of breast sizes and nude body models and textures for almost all the characters by now I'm guessing, well the female ones at least including the goo one and the 18 years old honest one.
(Street Fighter V had some mods for the guys though, including some basic physics ha ha.)
(Probably way more for the female fighters though.)
(Kinda impressive really but perhaps UE4 is more moddable so whether it's less clothes or different clothes or a straight up character replacer it's doable.)
Pretty sure the DLC are all wrapped up for DOA5 too by this point, probably the same for any future support such as patches although I haven't checked what the actual combined price of all DLC together landed at.
Some were apparently also only available for a limited time, though regardless with a bit of modding the cost comes down a nice round 0 so.
Not too sure about total sales either, guessing that if they're bringing this over it either sold decently at least.
And once modders get familiar with the engine changes sales might see some additional boosts, fan made new outfits are popular I guess, as is fan made nude outfits I suppose ha ha.
(Probably going to be a bit of both for this game if it's possible to mod it, there were at least a couple of SFW outfits as I remember though the DLC ones were somewhat borderline already.)
EDIT: Ah.

So it's not the game itself, it's well whatever the hell that is?
(P2F then perhaps? That's a bit different.)
