Why, I thought that it was the reviewer's fault just a few weeks back?
First were the customers, than the reviewers, now there is their own team....But, really, the supervisor knew exactly what POS this game will turn and still gave the okay.
I have so much fun with MOH:WF... of course there is plenty things to fix, but shooting, so much better than in BF3.
Too bad no new MOH game anytime soon...

No shit?!?
Even Patchter could have predicted that.
Like all anal-ysts he did predict it indeed... after the game tanked

The irony of it is that the devs and publishers still scratch their heads and wonder why it tanked so hard.
You know what, I'm still wondering it too. That 4/10 by IGN (paid by Bobby himself ) and other bad reviews surely scared some of the teen audience away, while CoD fans were probably saving their money for their beloved DLCs, and Battlefield fans simply loled at this.
The only potential customers left were those who liked CoD but not enough to be labeled as fanboys.. so they were open to new experiences..and got ripped off
I'm surprised there hasn't been a new MoH release for many years now.
I mean Greedyvision is releasing a reskinned CoD on a regular base. So i'm not sure what is stoping EA to do the same.

Medal of Honor X, Battlefield Y and Battlefront Z all in November on year +1 they tried with Titanfall ("Players will get both.") and that kinda failed and for some reason it's only November that's viable for these publishers and their high profile releases due to the holiday season.
Call of Duty would probably crush it anyway in terms of total sales too, Battlefield and Battlefront are (slowly.) building up a bit of a community now of active players but poor support kinda makes it fall apart again and again though perhaps EA is actually starting to learn?
