Hey hey hey, I replayed the whole game on the Xbox one X a few weeks back. Mind you not the remusturd version but the 360 version via Backward compatibility.
It's an anti piracy "bug". They were using a crack that wasn't fully tested. Kinda like I'm Arkham Asylum when you got to a certain cave you had to use your rope gun but the game bugged out and took you to an island in the middle of the ocean. People flooded the forums about the bug and the devs were like aahh haaaaaa you pirated our game.
Someone check the new update to see if it uses all cores (4 - 8 ) and also see if the performance's better or not (2070 RTX around)
