Well, this game isn't about story, it is about grind/farm/upgrades (reach the fucking center of the galaxy if you really haven't something smarter to do) so rovers are certainly useful in that manner.
That's what I meant
If that's your liking about this game, totally fair. But for me, expecting a somewhat functional mythology inside this world, I've felt disappointed to the level of being cynical about it. And it's sad. So much potential...
So they are increasing the speed you can go on land with vehicles.. How does that work, cause when I jetpack fast enough, I still have plants and animals pop-in right in front of my face. I guess when in a vehicle things just don't spawn in at all?
But.. for what it's worth. This actually sounds like it adds some gameplay. Just having different stats on multitools and ships already adds more of a sense of progression over just 'yay 23 instead of 22 slots'. Also, reputation as a requirement for blueprints makes you care just a bit more about doing things for the different aliens. It's something.

Because the jetpack speedboost thing was a bug and was fixed in the first or second update?

What are you talking about? I mean the sprint, punch and jetpack thing. That still works for me today and causes me to run headfirst into plants. Not the trees, those spawn fine, the smaller stuff I mean.

It stopped working for me after that first big update they did.
"Added an option to lock framerate on PS4 to 30 fps to keep the frame rate stable"
Saw this in the patch notes for the game today
Its better to have locked 30 than 30-60

Sin317-"im 31 years old and still surprised at how much shit comes out of my ass actually ..."
SteamDRM-"Call of Duty is the symbol of the true perfection in every aspect. Call of Duty games are like Mozart's/Beethoven's symphonies"
deadpoetic-"are you new to the cyberspace?"
Why didnt he get investigated for scamming and fraud? His mindless lies about the game should have put him in jail. So much for European justice i guess.
Laughing his ass off, because he is rich as fuck off the backs of retarded derp's that pre-order shit games over and over... Lol at this presentation, hey kids don't use Unreal and build your own engine just like the amazing no mans sky lmao too funny.
So maybe a relaunch in August? I hope they put as much effort into revamping the game as the ARG if that's the case. I enjoyed playing it for a while. Just wish some of the promised features were in it.
I mean what can they really do to make it interesting? The core concept and gameplaye is simply too shallow and too boring and I don't see how could it change with any relaunch.
