Indeed. But with the FarCry franchise we've yet to see improvements in the latest 3 games.

So we have seen absolutely nothing gameplay wise and yet pre-order is at 40$? Boy they must have lot of "loyal" clients to buy games without no idea whatsoever. Marketing team is pretty good I guess.

So, having skipped the 2,3 and 4 games, this one looks pretty sweet to me. I've got a "I'll give it a try" filling. Could be nice and found that country music pretty ad hoc to the game.

I like the sound of all the features so far, but knowing its a Ubisoft game, I need to see actual gameplay before I decide.

Well it certainly won't be a GTA..
Skip for me, i dont find the setting interesting and GTA V has it (partially + more locations) and GTA obviously does i better in terms of story and characters + probably many other things..
I bought and liked Primal at release, they did good with a unique setting that for some reason is never done in games, but the story/characters wasn't too great. I'll try it again with that new super hard mode though, might be fun.
