what res and what monitor?
1080p, 60fps, 1060 is good enough.
But its wont do 60fps in new games above 1080p

For 1080p a 480 would do the work depends on the games you play, for 1440p a 1070 will do the work and you can save some bucks. But between those, I would take the 1080.
