It has to be someone mrt can trust, someone's who has proven themselves (that they will not abuse a position of increased privileges), that has been a long standing member and has tech knowledge (rules me out). So it would be a pick from the mods imo and I shall say Fatih suits this criteria

EDIT: plus Fatih knows dick about Apache, Mysql, Unix, etc and whatever... it's just a web developer, not really an Admin.
His expertise is limited to downloading XAMP and it just works, but he has no clue what to do when shit hits the fan.
