you should test in MBs not Mbps
your connection shows you are 103 Mbps = 12.875 MB/s .... surely not considering your location like the other guy? They are fucking disgusting speeds. |

It shows as it should.
It's in mbits.
so during day I get 10 megabytes per second steam download and at night even up to 25mb/s

Obviously much lower, I don't see how that is relevant to what ISP lets me download since the route is so far away and with a lot of hops, but I'll entertain you:

Mine was a free upgrade from Verizon FIOS. I had service installed on March 15th, and then they released gigabit plans and bumped me up for no additional cost.
I am unstoppable now.
