Shouldn't matter, given how short they all are. These aren't Witcher 3 DLCs by any means.

Well, actually I recommend the Sky Fortress one first, as you get the engine for the jump suit which gives excellent mobility, even more so after you complete the challenges and unlock the mods
but first reach the jump suit in the campaign of course
and the Sea Heist gives you the fastest boat for the sea challenges (120-170kts with boost) - no need to hoist the other one from the lakes to the ocean painstakingly, with upgraded tow lines that brake every 500m.. that was a nightmare

Performance has been the same for me as it was on launch so guess I'm lucky.
They really did a shitty job on the DLC though, story sequences and content is pretty lacklustre. Wingsuit itself is rather fun.

There is rumor CPY will release crack in the next days but who knows...

Even after all those patches the performance is a fucking joke.
Often during combat it drops to 40 fps and then stays around ~45.
Then after ~2h the game starts to stutter rather often.
Already moved it to the SSD, but besides faster loading times, it didn't reduce the stuttering.
Also my 16GB are not used that much.
So no idea what might help to fix it.

Yeah story is full of shit, avoided it so far. Even the DLC stuff is better (especially the gadgets and vehicles, try it Bob, use the DLC method like Hitman) and that's not even remotely a story (illustrations before missions start).
