Where i work at now costs 48€ (instead of 140€ of the initial cost) and tomorrow it's Black Friday, with a 50/50 change that it costs a bit less..
I wanted to ask if this device would be worth 1080p@60FPS with PS3/4 with the PC settings below at my signature. I've DL'ed the driver compatibility and it says it works under USB 3.0 perfectly
Also, i'd use my 1TB HDD (NOT the SSD) to save the stuff, wich has ~400GB free space.. Should i buy a bigger HDD just incase or check how things goes?
I've got a Logitech USB Headset with a microphone with it. Will i be able to record my voice while recording the gameplay for commentaries?
My only doubt is if i'll get any kind of lag on the TV while playing/record ... I mean, you connect the PS3 Cable from the device onto the TV and the HDMI to the console or WHATEVER...And that might cause that what i play and see on the TV might lag a tiny bit or something.. Or will it play as natural as without using the device?.. I'm confused.
Any suggestions?
Also, can i stream via Twitch?..
EDIT: Though the comments are old, i've seen someone or a few people having issues with the software REC2 or something.. But now REC3 is out.. Did they fixed the issues or are they still there? (Like, recognizing the device etc...)

2. Ofcourse i'd look at the TV. I've noticed a very damn tiny "lag/sound comparison between TV and PC" when using my Pinnacle Moviebox HD to record TV programs, though i wish i had something better than that too to be honest for TV only. Again, looking to the TV only for ZERO Lag
3. I dunno about the last one, since my motherboard is an ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING and an ol' PCI card didn't fitted in. Dunno about the e/express one.. Also, wouldn't maybe the full screen preview from the PCIe card's program might not show 60FPS at all or what am i missing?

Will have to consider about it then... Thanks for the info. It's not that Urgent though as BF or not it's cheapey..
Just checked on a shop near home , 85€ new (The Live Gamer HD Lite one if that's the one you meant, PCI-E).. But still, ain't it weird that you have to use the old drivers instead of the new ones to record etc?..

Well i have one question. I've seen people saying they've had issues with these Avermedia devices (not the PCI-E one).. Some say it's because they updated either the software or the firmware or both.
My question is: Have you updated your software drivers and/or firmware with the LGX one?.. And if you did in any way, is the device/Rec2-3 still working?..And if so, how long did you had the device?.. I'm searching for opinions to justify the buying so it won't happen to me if i end up buying the product.
I know the prices are kinda low but to have a device only to be broken later by an update could be risky..
Even with the Shadowplay suggestion with the PCI-E, sometimes the RAW output file or with a bit of editing (Premiere Pro CC 2015) from the SP file seems a bit "rare"... Like having mini stutterings yet running smooth like like
