Ive RMA'd a few odds and sods with them in the past and they were shockingly good. Twat it with a hammer, cut the end of a cable, email them the picture and they will send you a new one out. Fantastic! Especially when you only make it look like you have twatted it, resolder on a new usb and fix the original problem Smile

However my mouse started acting up a few weeks back so i filled out an RMA. Waited over a week which i thought was odd and then received one of those annoying blanket responses you normally get from the bigger companies. Have you tried xyz? Have you looked at our FAQ or looked on our forum? If you still have a problem reply to this email...

This pissed me off as i always include the basic derp stuff i've tried when something fails, different ports/pcs and so on. I reply repeating this stuff and a day later get another blanket response, replied and a few days later another! Arghhh.

I had a mooch on their forums and there were a few people saying they have had problems with RMA stuff now for about a month and still haven't heard anything. I rang their UK number which just diverts to some phone system saying they were closed even tho it was opening hours. The webchat was working for uk a few days ago but wouldn't connect and now the site says it doesn't even support web chat in UK.

Anyway, they going bankrupt or something?

Maybe because of people that clearly misused their RMA policies by pretending to destroy equipment to get new one Cool Face

I wouldn't try to repair something that was still under warranty. I just recycled pre-emptively it was about 4 years ago, hopefully it's not something that has snowballed them into liquidation Very Happy
