Used to play fine when I had the new patch on just as it was out and used Voksi's crack. Now after trying out several things (CODEX crack is pure bs, worse performance than the original and Voksi), it still has a mini-freeze once in a while. It just feels unplayable, so I dropped it, even though I would have continued to play it, some things annoy to much. Restarting the game leads to different performance each time, it's like a russian roulette.

It runs fine for me with acceptable graphics, but the more you play the more you get irritated by shit. There are some great things to be found, but it's covered under a sea full of crap. Rather than waste your time, go (re)play GTAV or SD IMO.

6/10, because I had some hours of fun out of it. They should never have used the Mafia title, it creates expectations. Honda doesn't build a car and call it Ferrari ffs.

PS. engine is utter crap.

Had to restart the story due to a game breaking bug, I'm only 20 minutes in and I'm already knee deep in bugs and broken scripts. Laughing

I reached the part where Lincoln, Danny, Elise and Giorgi need to find a payphone to call Sammy.
On my first attempt, Danny was on Lincoln's shoulder, arms and legs outstretched like a dead frog, Giorgi ran in circles instead of interacting with the guy on the phone, and Elise was nowhere to be found.

On my second attempt I managed to reach the spot where the car's supposed to be waiting, but there was no car there. Laughing

This is the latest version. This game is fucking pathetic.

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

Car customization script, which kinda works by toggling a DLC menu...yeah. Razz
(So how many weeks after release was it until this was planned to be added again? )

Legit copies also show sketchy performance, so I'm not sure about that.

this is what a real Arxan crack looks like you CODEX idiots!
now FUCK OFF and go play with your lame "crack" and emulator!
long live the real old time crackers and FUCK this new lame generation that can only do loaders using api hooks and stack manipulation!
you are lucky that prot/game devs are as dumb as your are!

Apparently this was left inside the "exe" by RLD.

i understand the massive gpu usage (as i have it myself). but all my 8 cores are not even used 50% all the time (might be cause of a gpu bottleneck). but i previously talked about strange performance of 22fps vs 45+ in the same situation

and the notes rld left inside are material for some real good scene drama, think im gonna grab some popcorn Razz

Using fitgirls pack of this game, 45-60 fps locked at 60 no crashes no slow downs etc as of yet.

Nice story I guess, although a bit repetitive as initially thought.

Oh Reloaded. No one gives a fuck as long as they can play the game. Perhaps crack some games now and again instead.

From what I understand, Reloaded's crack doesn't work with the DLC (unlike Codex). The DLC doesn't seem to be important at all, but using Reloaded's crack doesn't seem worth it unless it genuinely makes a difference (where performance is better or there are less stutters or some shit). I personally haven't tried any crack yet, so I'm curious if anyone else has seen a difference. But I'm guessing everyone has already deleted the game by now.
