I don't mind, I just click download and play just as in every other client. The game is not amazing, but is not bad either. It has its moments. I will probably score it 7/10.

I'd be willing to try it in the future (with some ghetto method a-la Quantum Break), but only if that abysmal, flamboyant interface with auto-crosshairs taking the 50% of the screen and colorful floating numbers can be toggled off. They're an absolute deal breaker for me.

Performance is not good I'm afraid. Average of 35fps with a GTX 1080 @ 4k/max settings, except for indoors levels which usually run at 45-60. It ran much better at 1440p, so maybe it's a 4k thing.
Just in case you're wondering, the PC version doesn't suffer from the excesive loading times that occur in the Xbox One version. Not that it should of course, but thought I'd mention it since most XONE reviews seem to comment on loading times as a deal breaker, or take a heavy toll on the overall score.

Far as I know you either have to buy the boxed XBox version of the game but I don't know if those actually contain the Windows 10 "Play-anywhere." functionality of linking to your Microsoft account. (You do not get a second separate activation key.)
I picked it up from the Win10 store directly, for all it's flaws it's not too bad to use and unlike Steam they actually have proper regional pricing though unlike pretty much every other digital store the game itself sells for the same amount as the console version whereas usually the console version is a bit more expensive.
(~500 SEK for a PC version and ~700 SEK for a console version of the same game as a general example, I believe the price here for this particular game was somewhere around 350 SEK so a bit less expensive than usual for PC pricing here though it's a smaller game too.)
EDIT: Although I am unsure how good the pricing is when it comes to countries outside of the European Tier-1 pricing or what it's called and the American dollar, you'd expect pricing to be fair for e.g Russia, India, South America and whatnot and keep at a similar level to retail store pricing for those countries but it doesn't always happen and in general I believe prices have slowly increased. (Potentially due to VPN activation and key trading but I don't think that's the entire reason as while it's frequently mentioned it's probably a pretty small minority of all players that make use of these methods.)
EDIT: This encryption thing they're doing is new though, I do have to actually read up on some of that as I've only glanced over it earlier, didn't expect it to be quite that strict.

There is report the new encryption already breaked as people on Neogaf already manage to modify Halo 5 forge and its uses eaxpp.. Not sure if it is becuase its f2p.. But if it true for this game as well the problem will be only win 10 or whatever drm its come with..

Yeah breaking the encryption actually isn't that hard getting this shit to run is since you would need to modify a lot of system files and such for now unless someone finds an easier method.

Well Recore is good for about 2 hours then it all goes into sleepy time....boring platforming...had lots of good ideas then splat!! I like it and hate it!! Strange I know!! Haha!

I'm going to download the demo.....it started to download but I can't find where it is going...I have 4 HDs....I can't even find any settings in win 10 to show me where it is going?

go to setting > system > storage and there you can choose on which drive you want your apps to be saved

Well,our Russians friends on Rin are working hard on Win 10 at this moment.. they progressing pretty nicely,however,latest MS title might have Arxan so it might complicate things up..

OK that was ..... something... i guess
out of these 30 minutes
...5 minutes spent on initial loading
... the another 5 spent on various laodings of Xbox app
....which crashed ... so it needed another 5 to get actually into the game
... ingame res locked to 1280x720  ,ingame loading superfast
as for the game itself platforming is really nice , combat is serviceable ... overall I kinda like it
although the experience with the store/xbox app was bad enough to never ever consider buying something in Win10Store

It doesn't even work?? I click on play and a small screen with Recore pic and then desktop....but it says I have 25 min left!!! HAHAHA
