Looking for app developer
I need someone to make me an app to streamline reporting work hours and set remainders using push notifications. App will communicate with the original website for information and will automatic fill the form with pre-entered information inside the app. Therefore there need to be a function inside the app to enter and store work schedules so that on a work day the app will have the information at hand then told to report work hours.
Then you start the app on a work day it will show you a big Green button that says "report time" an indication that work is being done will show and the button will turn gray.
Some days we will work outside schedule so there need to be a function to add times manually for thees occasions.
The app will with help from the pre entered schedule (and also work houers reported outside the schedule) push reminders if times are not reported. A function on the main site allows you to check pre reported work houers do the app needs to be able to communicate with that.
Sometimes then we logg in administration has seen that we forgot to report work houers and do this for us. But we have to confirm it. Function for this needs to be in the app.

So you can already access the page from your phone and you want an app to do that automated and remind you of what exactly?

We a rule in this system that after 5 days we can no longer register our work houers. Instead someone in administration have to do it. And tehy constantly nag us about it. Thing is my employer do not get paid if this is not corecly done or done at all.
So then the app notice that you have not registerd your work hours it will send you a reminder once a day untill thees 5 days are up.

Can you set a "Reminder" on your phone to do it? Should be a native app.

I was on a meeting recently there we was introduced to a new system for registering work houers for fill-ins. We got to practice on it using computers and the person next to me had problem telling the difrents between single and double click using the mouse. Yes thees are the people I have around me, that is why the app needs to be easy to use. Apps they understand.

Seems like a lot of hassle while you can just fill everything in on the website. Can't you ask HR to help you guys out?

If you want somthing done, do it yourself.
The site has looked the same for at least 10years, they are not going to do anything about it just because I ask for it.

Found someone (Swedish) using freelancer.com and also had a meting today and my boss is on board with it. He Told me to talk with one of his colleagues with more IT know how.
Still, would be more conformable with someone regular here taking the job.
