Other days it just ehh smells bad, like really bad.

Yeah like the Sir Pump said... Human beings need to either smoke or drink. Otherwise they get various diseases including mental ones. BTW, regular beer doesn't count as a drink. You need to drink bitters or stouts. That said vodka, whisky, cognac are much more effective.
Same goes with smokes. Regular smokes are better than nothing but still quite iffy. Cigars and tobacco pipe are much more effective.

if it's clear as water - too much water
it should be barely bright yellow color
recommended fluids intake for an average male is 2.5-3l a day

What Phill said and Pump is hinting at: drink more water and eat better (less sugars and bad fat/greasy food). That usually helps.
Are you on any medicine? They can have an effect as well. Usually the day after my chemo pills the bathroom has to be aired out after a pee Come to think of it... the only thing that has kind of the same effect is a Red Bull. Should say enough to stay away from those.
