I'm still googling epistemology. Maybe in a few years when I have read all about epistemology I may have an answer. Until then, I believe he does not need evidence to prove that he considers juice to be the best drink by far.
Also Paxsali is smarter. I can tell by the wall of text.
edit: actually, it reall was a good argument.
Though I am still convinced that "I consider .. " can be used to start a statement both about objective reality (if such a thing exists) and personal preference. In the first case it is a matter of conviction and in the second case it is a matter of taste. Taste cannot be argumented while conviction can.
In the case of taste you could say: I like juice over every other drink. (Personally, I prefer beer though)
In case of conviction you could argue: Juice is the best drink because it is healthy. Best meaning "best for human health."
And finally both can be correct at the same time. He can like juice and think its the best drink for whatever reasons.
So in the end, we lack information to conclude this, I believe.

btw its untermensch (singular) or untermenschen (plural), just as mensch(en) is singular (plural). 
Im sorry, but im going a bit off the rails with this, but it connects to pax stuff i think.
You can actually could contest statements like my "i like juice best", since that would strictly require to know the taste of all beverages.  There are cases where it makes sense to do so. Parents like to "force" their children to taste new food, simply because they may actually like it.
People may even have a wrong understanding of their of their own taste, especially when a somewhat complex system is evaluated as a whole (e.g. a tv), where it is hard to decorrelate the actual factors that contribute to the resulting evaluation. As an example I have encountered this with TVs where people stated they preferred LCD over plasma, but it seemed like they only preferred LCD over panasonic plasma, which are not representative, so a samsung plasma may have been the better choice. So sometimes even these seemingly "subjective non debatable" statements may actually be debatable with potential useful results.
