That's usually way overpriced as now-a-days a lot of companies charge extra for that.
But then again, that might not be the same with his airline.

Eh, it is more expensive?
Never experienced having to pay for a desk check in and always had the choice: web, phone,Machine or desk at the airport. Buying your tickets is a different story but we were talking of just checking in no?
That being said: only flew in Europe and most of that has been Brussels Airport and Copenhagen Airport. So who knows how greedy the others are

Could anybody, for whom https://www.aireuropa.com/ doesn't open, check if http://www.gamestop.com/ opens or not PLZ ?
Both sites have identical "Access Denied" reply format.
Can't access http://www.gamestop.com/ for many, many years now Lost access to all my Impulse games  Shit hit the fan the moment transition from Stardock were complete and Impulse got re-branded.

This is not a DNS issue but a misconfigured server. Or maybe they are actually IP filtering whole regions
I have been using Yandex DNS as primary and Google DNS as secondary for years.
Can't access both of these sites even via Opera Turbo mode.
Interesting coincidence... both sites are powered by "AkamaiGHost" server.
